1. Send a deletion request

Message JimatAI on WhatsApp at +60 11-5760 2188 and write “Data deletion request”. Where possible, use the same WhatsApp number you used with JimatAI. You do not need a JimatAI website account to request deletion.

2. Identify the records

State whether you want all information associated with your WhatsApp number deleted or only a particular conversation, image or request. An approximate date can help. Do not send passwords, OTP/TAC codes, payment details or identity documents. If you no longer control the original number, explain this so a suitable verification method can be discussed.

3. Verification and handling

JimatAI may need to confirm that you control the relevant number or have authority to make the request. Ask for an acknowledgement and the expected handling time. The team should explain any information needed, completion or lawful exception; this website does not promise instant deletion or a fixed processing deadline.

What the request covers

A request can cover personal information controlled by JimatAI, including WhatsApp identifiers, messages, product queries, submitted shopping links, uploaded images/screenshots and associated conversation records. Where applicable, deletion should also be requested from service providers processing these records for JimatAI.

Exceptions and other services

Limited records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, disputes or proof that a request was handled. Backup copies may remain until their normal secure expiry. Where a lawful exception applies, the retained information and reason should be explained. Information already irreversibly anonymised cannot be linked back to you. JimatAI cannot delete records independently held by WhatsApp/Meta, merchants or other services; contact those providers directly. Deleting your local chat alone does not submit a deletion request.
