When you contact JimatAI, your WhatsApp phone number, profile name or other WhatsApp identifiers, messages, product keywords, shopping links, photos/screenshots, language preference and conversation details may be received and processed. Provide only what is needed to help with your request. Remove personal details from screenshots.
How information is used
Information is used to understand your request, identify products, compare available buying options, generate and deliver replies, maintain conversation context, provide support and protect the service. Relevant shopping needs may help improve the deal catalogue. Do not send bank or marketplace passwords, PINs, OTP/TAC codes or sensitive personal information.
AI processing and service providers
Shopping requests may be processed by AI tools and providers supporting messaging, hosting, storage and service operation.
